Do not PM any of the staff asking to become staff. Asking will ensure you will not get to a staff position.
So, wondering what a staff member does?
Here is some information...

The Admin. The HARDEST and next to impossible rank to earn. The Admin does everything for the site. Handles reports, deals with coding and they deal with the layouts. They make the boards.
[shadow=red,left,300]GLOBAL MODERATOR[/shadow]
The G-Mod. The second hardest position to obtain. G-mods do the same as Admins, however they have less access then the Admin. They can make boards, they can ban and they can help with coding if needed.

The Mod. The third hardest position to obtain. A Moderator is much like a normal member, however a Moderator has access to the Staff Board and can view reports.
[shadow=red,left,300]HELPER[/shadow]
The Helper. This position is very easily earned. A Helper is exactly like a normal member. They can not view the staff board or the reports, all they do is simply greet and guide newbies through Role play. They, if they are Role playing in the thread, are allowed to point out a new players mistakes and help guide them through their Role play. They cannot barge in to a thread and point out the mistakes, or just post a quick Role play post helping the player. If this is seen happening, please report it immediately!
If you find one of these positions breaking a Rule, do not feel scared to report it!
